How do I log in to the app?

First, enter your 6-digit organization code. Then enter your employee number. Your administrator sets up your employee number through the VeldOps admin portal. No password is required.

What happens if I lose internet connection?

VeldOps works fully offline. Your forms, photos, and signatures are saved locally on your device. When you regain connectivity, everything syncs automatically to the cloud. You don't need to do anything — just keep working.

How do I submit a form?

Tap "+ New Form" on the home screen, select a form type (Daily Worksheet, JSA, Vehicle Inspection, etc.), fill in the fields, add photos or signatures if needed, and tap Submit. The form will sync when you have connectivity.

Can I edit a form after submitting?

Once a form is submitted and synced, it cannot be edited from the app. Contact your supervisor or administrator to make corrections through the admin portal.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email us at support@veldops.com with a description of the issue or your feature idea. Include screenshots if possible — it helps us fix things faster.

VeldOps is available on iOS (iPhone) running iOS 16 or later. An Android version is planned for a future release.
